Publication Ethics

Continuous responsibility, liability work, and collaboration from all partners (authors, reviewers, and editorial board) are essentially required for publication in a peer-reviewed journal. The Journal editor-in-chief is responsible for monitoring publishing ethics and maintaining the academic record. The editorial board members should take responsibility for confirming manuscripts of false or fraudulent data or plagiarism. The objective of editorial board members is to achieve high publication standards, implying: originality, good quality, research-based manuscripts, clarifications, corrections, retractions, and apologies, when needed. We highly appreciate the contributions of every partner to the published work, as the journal is following COPE instructions:

Publication and authorship:

  • Submitted manuscript undergoes to strict blind peer review process by at least two reviewers.

  • Rejected manuscripts are not being resent for review.

  • The manuscript will be first checked by anti-plagiarism software before being sent for review.

Author's responsibilities

  • Authors must confirm that the submitted manuscript is their original work, which has not been previously either partially or fully published.

  • Authors must confirm that the submitted manuscript has not been considered for publication elsewhere.

  • Authors must ensure that all data in the manuscript are real and authentic.

  • Authors must state any errors in their published manuscript to the editors.

  • Authors should provide a revised version of their manuscript, according to the reviewer's comments.

Reviewer's responsibilities

  • The manuscript received for review is treated as a confidential document.

  • Reviewers are encouraged to identify relevant published work that has not been cited in the manuscript.

  • To use their comments in improving the manuscript, reviews should objectively revise the manuscript, and any observations or comments should be supported with clear arguments so that authors.

  • Reviewers must inform the editors on any substantial similarity between the manuscript under consideration and any other published paper.

Editors' responsibilities

  • Editors decide which of the manuscripts submitted to the journal should be accepted for publication.

  • Editors should carefully revise contents and quality of the manuscript.

  • Based on their academic merit, editors are responsible for exclusive evaluation of the manuscripts.

  • Editors should only accept peer-reviewed manuscripts for publication.

  • Editors should have a clear image about sources of research funding.
