Egyptian Sugar Journal (ESJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that provides rapid publication of articles in the areas of: i) Breeding and production of sugar crops, ii) Productivity and efficiency in sugar industry operations, iii) Renewable energy in sugar industry, iv) Utilization of sugar industry wastes, v) Sugar industry and environmental concerns, and vi) Investments and business opportunities in sugar industries.
